EviLyn commenting on "Hellboy II - The Golden Army"

Treat for daddy. Brought him to watch this couple of days back.

After an ancient truce existing between humankind and the invisible realm of the fantastic is broken, hell on Earth is ready to erupt. A ruthless leader who treads the world above and the one below defies his bloodline and awakens an unstoppable army of creatures. Now, it's up to the planet's toughest, roughest superhero to battle the merciless dictator and his marauders. He may be red. He may be horned. He may be misunderstood. But when you need the job done right, it's time to call in Hellboy.

To sum it up, have got only one word - Majestic.

The latter was injected with far more visual effect than the first attempt. More humour too. While EviLyn is a typical no-no for action-pack movies, Hellboy's got me enticed with some of its lame humour (the part where he actually used an enormous buffer to buff his horns from growing) and hence, my willingness for it's sequel. Kinda reminded me of "The never-ending story".

If you're adventurous enough, then you ought to watch this. Many villians. Many creatures; funny ones, gross ones, odd one, ugly ones, name it. Ok, they are mostly funny. Which explains my opinion of the movie being funny.

Plenty of manificent fighting scenes. And I meant MANIFICENT. Was jaw dropping the whole damn time.

All time favourite character of mine- Abe Sapiens. Simply love seeing him swim, glide and mind his own business cross his water tank.

Tooth fairy!!!! Cute name it's got, ain't it? WRONG! This thingy is TOTALLY vicious. Name fits their carnivorous behaviour to a perfect T. (Not gonna be a spoiler, go watch and find it our yourself)

The source I've gotten this from, mentioned that this, Angel of Death, is a villian. Villian meh? It (cuz I dunno this wacko is a male of female) didn't do anything leh. In fact I think it looks damn cool. Me like. Gonna make this my office's wallpaper. Hiak hiak hiak.
