Books

BEFORE YOU READ, GET THIS FACT FIRST - I HATE HATED READING.

I think it was totally rightful that I was streamed the art/literature class back during the uniform days. Which means I had did art as well as literature for a good 4 years. Well there were no doubts art was one of my favourite subject even until now. Top of the list was infinitely, Chinese.

As for literature, I'd say I managed to realise only lately - I was born to love it. It struck me just now when I ran towards the aisle that read the sign "Literature". I officially like literature now and I'm totally disgusted with this change. Lol.

Probable because I love visualising things, conceptualise it, and apply em' to the daily life.

However, I didn't really did well for my literature back then why CUZ I HATED READING~. I didn't enjoy reading long stories, novels, compositions, manuals and the list goes on until maybe 6 months back?

There had been some 4 - 6 books we studied in school which I could only remember 3. All these I realised, damn! they are good books. And it took me so long to learn to appreciate the author and his or her articulacy.

I'm fucking clapping and cat calling for them now. No joke.

Now for my very first book and encounter with the word "literature" was this book called "Island of the blue dolphins". The one I did really well for my papers. Well the credit goes to this very interesting and amiable lady teacher of mine. I bet many other classmates scored rather facinating marks as well.

Thanks, Mrs Pang.

Needless to say, my results went deteriorative.

Another good one which I almost got it along with my other 2 new purchased when I was shopping in Kinokuniya.

I remembered we were even showed the movie. Black and white ones. Horridly boring for vivacious students who wishes class to end ASAP or simply hop of to recess and do some good gossiping.

Surprisingly, the movie got some of the girls teary and me, disturbed. You'll know why when you read this. About how a negro man got acccused and eventually death sentenced simply because he is a black living in a whites' community. Very very disturbing.

Even more disturbing when I think of the story now.

Shall get this for detail reading and analysis when I finish my latest 2 books.

The third one, I did for my O's was of course of course, the classics. So classic I didn't bother to upload the cover page cuz' there are just too many of them when I googled it.

You know which one I'm talking about, dunchu?

Romeo and Juliet, for those who didn't know. Period.

My latest purchase:

Can't wait to start reading them! But... ...

I'm stuck with this

Freaking homicide novel got me squinting my eyes and killing my braincells trying to figure all those CSI scenes. Serves me right for misunderstanding it for some horror or psychotic killings. Turned out to be some case of homicide for insurance claim. BORED TO MY TEARS.

And then we have, my next-to-be read book:

Says it's gonna be a well love one for those who like "Memoirs of Geisha". Got me enticed enough.

So that marks my Saturday with The End. Time reads 2:37am. Gees. Still so warm despite it's wee hours already.
