I've seen a similar one in those futuristic technology event I've attended some time back. If I hadn't remember wrongly, the brand I saw was NEC. Instead of transparent ones like the shown above, those that I saw in NEC's panel were filled with fluid in luminous pink or yellow.
What for? I really dunno. Well wished the technology works and reaches Singapore chop chop. Hussah!
