One week of continuous mugging and I'm down with a horrible cough. Darn.
Hit me on last Wednesday but it was mild. Just some random coughing here and there. On Thursday, it got worst. Phlegm and stuffs. Despite that, I still had to burn midnight oil for my next day's papers. So die-die have to persevere.
Friday: Woke up with constant coughing and phlegm. Didn't want to visit a doctor on Thursday cuz' I was afraid the medicine will prohibit me from writing my papers sanely. Left school and headed to my appointment with Jeanie, had a hefty meal at Phin's. Knowing that I was having cough, choice of chicken was definitely a no-no cuz' it's "poisonous". The appointment went on and I got to see Show a.k.a Xiao Zhu at Bugis. Damn congested. Went shopping around the area and I've gotta' admit, "Shop till you drop" was never as appropriate. I almost died. Taking a cab back home seemed the slowest ever... .
Saturday: Coughed so badly I had to carry a plastic bag around to dispose the phlegm. Mixed with blood. Yup, I was THAT bad. The constant clearing of phlegm hurt my gullet and bled. By evening, I was left with chest, ab pain and no voice. SCARY!!!! Mummy's cough syrup kept me drowsy most of the time. Pretty much bed ridden. I is like, coughing every 5 mins lorrr~. I thought I was going to die. Am I?
I'm still sick despite visiting the doc and taking medication. Cough syrup tastes the most horrible even though it states "cherry flavour". Thought it'd taste nicer then the usual ones, but little did i know this would turned out to be a killer. *Disgusted*
